Apex Futures

Developing Human Capability for a Changing World

Apex Futures is the youth‑development division of Apex Consulting Group, created to equip young people with the confidence, emotional resilience, leadership capability and future‑readiness they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.


Built on the same proven leadership, communication and emotional‑intelligence frameworks we deliver to corporate clients, Apex Futures translates these powerful tools into an engaging, age‑appropriate curriculum for KS3–KS5.


We empower young people to understand who they are, how they think, how they communicate, and how they can shape their own future with clarity and confidence.

Our Mission

We spend our time working with adults, teaching them things their own schooling failed to provide. 


We want to fill the gap in education and empower young people, giving them the capability required to navigate complexity, make strong decisions, build meaningful relationships, and step into adulthood with confidence, agency and purpose.
