We will cover the core functions of management, how to transition into a leadership role, feedback, performance management, difficult conversations, and communication skills. We will also conduct a diagnostic assessment of strengths and weaknesses as a leader and manager.
This programme is modular and we recommend it runs across six half days
Suitable for more experienced or senior managers.
In addition to covering some of the basics as outlined in First Line Leader, this programme encourages individuals to reflect upon their own leadership style, personal impact, and effectiveness. The focus is on how to create and maintain high-performance within a team, understanding and managing different personality types and the principles of coaching.
This programme consists of three non-consecutive days of training, which we recommend occur over a period of no more than four months.
Aimed at board level leaders, this programme places emphasis on understanding how to drive change through transformational leadership. We look at ways in which individuals can build a broader strategic mindset, to improve innovation and drive competitive advantage for your organisation, and to operate with confidence and authenticity to elevate their personal impact. Drawing on proven psychometric tools and executive coaching we look at how leaders can leverage their key strengths to influence stakeholders, maximise opportunity and value, and improve corporate culture.
Lead the Business is an immersive two and a half day executive training programme, during which we will use proven theory to deliver solutions to real problems within business. Each delegate will receive a follow up executive coaching session of ninety minutes.
Each programme operates with a delegate population of between ten and twenty.
